1. Interpretation
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WORK Network mobile application, website at https://work-networks.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by WORK NETWORK LABS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

- "Account" — a registered profile created to access platform features.
- "WORK" — digital units or balances earned through participation inside the platform.
- "XP" — experience points awarded for eligible activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Rewards Disclaimer
WORK earned inside the platform is a participation-based digital balance. It is not legal tender, securities, or guaranteed compensation for labour.
Important: WORK earned inside the platform has no guaranteed monetary value.
Reward availability, amounts, eligibility, and redemption options may change at any time without notice.
We make no promise that WORK can be exchanged, sold, transferred, or converted into cash or other assets.
6. Weekly Rewards Disclaimer
Weekly Rewards are promotional competitions designed to encourage consistent participation. Rules, prize pools, winners, and eligibility criteria may vary by period and region.
Important: Weekly rewards may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Participation does not guarantee selection, ranking, or receipt of any reward.
7. Future Token Disclaimer
WORK Network may explore blockchain, token, or ecosystem utility features in the future. Any references to future tokens, listings, exchanges, or on-chain utility are illustrative only.

No statement in the Service constitutes investment advice or an offer of securities.
8. Surveys & Third Party Offers
Some features connect users to surveys, offerwalls, and promotional opportunities provided by independent third parties.
Important: Surveys and offers are operated by third-party providers.
We do not control third-party content, payout decisions, data practices, or offer availability.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Affiliate Offers and Cashback
WORK Network may display offers, promotions and links from third-party merchants. Some links are affiliate links, which means WORK Network may receive a commission when a qualifying purchase or action is completed.
Affiliate cashback shown in WORK is not guaranteed merely because a user clicks a link or completes a purchase. The transaction must be successfully tracked, attributed and validated by the relevant merchant or affiliate network.
Affiliate rewards may initially appear as pending and are not spendable, redeemable or part of the user's available WORK balance until released by WORK Network.
Pending rewards may be delayed, reduced or rejected if an order is returned, refunded, partially returned, cancelled, unpaid, invalid, attributed to another source, completed using an ineligible coupon or otherwise determined by the merchant or affiliate network to be ineligible.
Taxes, delivery charges, payment-processing charges and other non-commissionable amounts may be excluded from cashback calculations.
Displayed cashback percentages such as "up to 5% back in WORK" represent an estimated maximum based on expected affiliate commission rates. The final WORK reward is calculated using the actual eligible affiliate commission confirmed to WORK Network and any applicable currency conversion.
Affiliate commission rates, merchant participation, offers and reward levels may change or end without notice.
Only rewards that WORK Network releases after validation become actual WORK and enter the normal WORK reward system.
WORK Network may withhold, adjust or reject pending affiliate rewards in cases involving fraud, abuse, duplicate attribution, technical errors, invalid transactions or other circumstances where the underlying affiliate commission is not payable.
Purchases are made directly with the third-party merchant. Returns, refunds, warranties, product quality, shipping and merchant customer service remain subject to the merchant's own terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WORK NETWORK LABS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific reward outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Providing accurate registration information.
- Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Reviewing reward rules before participating in activities.
- Conducting your own research before relying on platform information.

15. Changes to Terms

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in South Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
