WORK Network ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• User ID provided by Firebase Authentication
• App usage and engagement data
• Ads watched, check-ins, referrals, and reward activities
• Device information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention
• Walking activity and step count data when permission is granted by the user

Advertising

WORK Network displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use data such as device identifiers to deliver and measure advertisements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the application, including:

• Google Firebase

• Other service providers required to operate app functionality

Affiliate Links and Tracking

WORK Network may provide links to third-party merchants and offers through our Deals and Affiliate Cashback features. Some of these links are affiliate links.

When you choose to visit a participating merchant, WORK Network may generate an opaque tracking identifier to help associate eligible transactions with your WORK Network account. We do not place your Firebase user ID directly in the affiliate URL.

Affiliate networks and merchants, such as Awin and participating advertisers, may process information relating to clicks, purchases, transaction values, commission status, returns, cancellations and other attribution information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

WORK Network may receive transaction and commission information from affiliate partners in order to calculate, verify, adjust, reject or release eligible WORK rewards.

When you leave WORK Network and visit a third-party merchant website, that merchant's own privacy policy, cookies and data practices apply.

Data Security

We use Firebase security rules and industry-standard practices to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Children's Privacy

WORK Network is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

User Control

You may stop using the app at any time. Users may request account deletion through the app's Delete Account feature. Associated user data will be removed according to our data retention policies.
